Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collection, including:

  • Cabin and hold luggage
  • Luggage sets (3pc, 4pc, 5pc)
  • Individual suitcases (small, medium, large, extra-large)
  • Eco-friendly and expandable collections
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that show signs of use or have had tags removed. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all protective covers intact.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – our Edinburgh-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Receive confirmation when we process your return

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item for another from our collection of travel essentials. Simply indicate your preferred replacement when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Products with removed or damaged tags
  • Personalized or custom-ordered luggage
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
