  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

How to Return an Item

  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all protective covers intact

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
